HOW TO USE

For optimal results: don't shake the bottle; turn it upside down slowly; squeeze firmly.
Prior to tanning, ensure skin is clean, exfoliated and product free. Pump two to three times onto the tanning mitt, at a time, and massage into the skin in long circular movements. Using sparingly on hands, feet, knees and elbows. Leave on skin for a minimum 8 hours. Rinse and pat dry. Your medium, natural-looking tan will fade evenly over 4-7 days.
